If I could rate it 0 star, I would. Poor customer service, we waited for 20 minutes for them to bring our food. The cashier did not give me a number for my takeaway order so I had to go back and forth to the counter to check if my order is ready. It’s Valentine’s day and we wasted 20 minutes of our time here. They did not even apologize. The manager called twice if the nuggets is ready, but it still took it them that long to prepare our order. And the most infuriating part is THEY FORGOT TO PUT THE DRINK IN THE PAPER BAG! I have paid for that drink so I feel so cheated. Poor customer service, poor management, the servers move slow. Probably because they were all big people, that they are crowding at the counter. No offense meant but they should know how to delegate task among themselves in order to move efficiently.
