McDonald's Muntinlupa Cityhall — Restaurant in Muntinlupa

One of the worst mcdonalds in terms of delivery. My first order here was a BTS meal which was delayed since they forgot my order. They sent a replacement 3 hours later but the food was really cold, the drink was warm and the fries were soggy. I then called again since they sent food that was very much stone cold.

Today I ordered again a BTS and a triple cheeseburger. The order which arrived was a triple cheeseburger, fries, drink, sauce of the bts meal but with NO nuggets. I dont understand if this branch slacks off or what since it took the order more than 1 hour to arrive. The least they can do is make sure the food was complete. Also another issue was the food was cold and everything was soggy as you can see from the photo

Steer clear of this branch no matter what happens unless you want to be disappointed. I called 30 mins before writing this review and up to now the replacement order...

They keep getting my address wrong for delivery due to how common my street name is, despite providing written instructions on where I am. They would have the audacity to say it's because I pinned the wrong location in the map when I manually correct it and make sure it's on the correct location AND putting in written instructions such as landmarks and actual location. Also 6 out of 10 times we order they have nothing available. Most of the time they're too lazy to do delivery and when they do delivery they're too lazy to read instructions. Oh and blaming grab is not an excuse, I order from your website and app providing rider instructions, but you're too lazy to look at it and pass it...

Security was better here. He has explained that to motorcycle guy that the helmet is not considered as a full face protection.I interject that the helmet if left on is a better protection than just a front plate plastic as it enclosed the full head with the lens closed. Je apologized but explain he was has to follow orders.polite and very customer oriented. I gave the old man my face shield and asked the manager to bring out my milkshake once done.
