Shakey's Pizza Parlor — Restaurant in Muntinlupa

Had lunch with my family earlier and we ordered their welcome bundle which comes with the supercard. I did not take photos of it all since I didn’t want to give an impression to our server. Aside from it we added mushroom soup and steamed rice. I just noticed that the carbonara comes first before the soup. Carbonara lacks a flavor that is almost close to bland taste. Mushroom soup is not creamy and very watery.. almost lost its taste. Hand-tossed pizza is burnt. Hard to chew and tastes burnt. Toasted mojos and chicken. All our food order is overcooked. Good thing that the service here is meeting my expectations. Good job to Jane and Lora for giving us the service that we need, for having the initiative, and for providing all the stuff...

VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

During the time of our visit, the main dining area is very hot and only uses fans for the customers because the ACU's in the area are broken. Cleanliness and orderliness is something to be improved also. But most of all, the service is really poor. Orders were missed, and the service crew were unattentive. We had to stand up to call their attention sometimes when we need something.

The food is great, but the service and the ambiance needs to be improved drastically for me to visit this particular Shakey's Parlor again.

You've outdone yourself this time, Shakey's. Having been a regular customer for a very long time now (ordering the same Bunch of Lunch), tonight's service hits different. From the seamless and user-friendly app that I've only tried for the first time to the quality of the food (you could really taste the freshness of the ingredients!), the punctual delivery time and the highly commendable politeness of the driver.
