The food is really great! Preparation takes time but they have a justification for it. Just be ready and have the patience to wait. Few or inattentive staff.. when we got there, no one was assisting us. We do not know what to do. Are they gonna approach us? Or are we gonna approach the cashier? But there was no cashier. Anyway, we later realized, through observation, that you really have to really approach the cashier if you need something, even for requesting the bill. Maybe next time, we'll receive better service. I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was incredibly slow—what should have taken 5-10 minutes at most restaurants took a staggering 1-2 hours here. It was frustrating to wait that long for something that should be basic in the service industry.

Additionally, the attitude of the waiter was immature and unprofessional. Instead of being courteous, they seemed indifferent to the inconvenience they caused, which made the whole experience worse.
