Tito Chuck's resto used to be our go-to restaurant in Silay way back in 2016. Haven't visited recently but I remember they have delicious chicken inasal that my siblings loved. Because of the pandemic, open air dining is highly encouraged so this is one of the ideal restos to visit. If I'm not mistaken, I remember they serve grilled pogo that my fam tried. I haven't personally tried it so I don't know if it's good or what. edit: went here again last June 2024. posted the menu & food we tried

If you are in Silay, Tito Chuck's is a resto to go to with a good garden-like ambience away from main road traffic but very accessible. They have good food and reasonable price.

This place serves a lot of exotic cuisines like lamb, native chicken and quail. Overall, the food quality is similar to a cozy home cooked meal. There is ample parking and the staff will help out with recommendations. This is a recommended place to have dinner before going to or coming from...
