poor coordination amongst branches. ordered close before their closing time but still told me to wait as they will get it from their Sm Mega branch (less than 10 mins by foot), they instead made me wait for over an hour when i could have easily and willingly made my way to their other branch. it would have been better if they just said that they cannot accept the order as it’s near their closing time which i will understand.

We got try their palabok which was perfectly paired with sago’t gulaman. Their pork bbq was also okay. We did not like their lasagna that much given the taste but it was generous in serving given the price while their lechon paksiw was quite expensive for 195...

Food was great. But the area and service pull down the experience. Staffs don’t have initiative to maintain the organization and cleanliness of the area, all of them were just too busy standing in the food counter area which Ada not necessary to, and the table assignments should be modified as it looks for of the cafeteria...
