I'll give an honest review. I ordered C5 which is a 1 pc chicken with fries and drink. Then they asked me to wait for 18 mins because the chicken was not available yet. I tasted the chicken and it was bland af. I'm not trippin or anything, my friend also ordered the same and her's was fine, it had the normal taste of chicken joy and wasn't bland at all. I also asked her to taste mine and she said she tasted nothing. She said it was like eating cotton dipped in hot water. And for the drink I got coke Zero which is the drink I order all the time. And this time the drink was also bland and super diluted and tasted like water. It had the color or coke but tasted like water I also tried my friend's drink and it was totally fine. She ordered before me and she was already eating when I was at Jollibee. And mine was newly cooked, piping hot and they made me wait for 18 mins for a bland chicken and bland drink. I didn't return it anymore because I already took a big bite out of the chicken and also the drink. The place is also crowded and tables are left unattended and dirty. Quite disappointed, I went to the fast food resto to treat myself and enjoy but instead I experienced a mini disaster. I hope Jollibee improves and makes sure that all the food they are serving is properly prepared. I'm not only talking for myself but also for the future customers that will dine...
Read moreI order B1 which is burger steak with drinks, and i requested to upgrade my drinks into coke float, but they said that coke float isn't available, so i agree with soda instead. And while waiting on my order, i notice that coke float is available, i saw that when they serve coke float to the lady next to mine. And i also saw them making the coke float, so i asked again if i can still upgrade my drinks into coke float but still they reply that it is not available. Then why the other can buy coke float if it's not available?? If my drinks can't upgrade into coke float they should say so instead of lying . I don't know the reason why the Jollibee staff's are like that, the one who's at the counter i think is trainee. But still the Jollibee's crew at ne crossing...
Read moreWe got here at 10 am. I craved coffee, so we threw that in with our order. As time went on, the place got busier. Crews are not even bothering to brew a cup of coffee. We even asked multiple times. We finished our food, but the coffee's still not served. We asked for a refund, but those crews just shrugged us off.
Then they served the coffee... Nah, I want my money back. We asked when it's not even peak hours yet, what's their excuse?
Still, I'll keep it at 3/5 rating cause this has only happened once in many times...
