Jollibee Rizal Ave Olongapo — Restaurant in Olongapo

I ordered from the jollibee app last October 26 during our stay in one of the hotel in Olongapo city then the store will come from this branch, I’ve waited for more than an hour then no delivery came in, I keep on calling their branch but nobody picking up the phone then after several dials, someone answer the phone and told me that all of their riders were out and they were waiting for panda rider, before I end up the call I asked the crew to give me a heads up if it was pick up already by the panda then another half an hour passed by but still no delivery at all and bo follow up from the crew. I called again several times and then they answered my call saying that they were still waiting for the panda rider. No apology at all.
