Bad service and bad environment! Waiting for our deserts and these Max’s employees are on their cellphone and some are asleep. We ordered Ruby’s choice which comes with the deserts that finally came after 30minutes.

Excellent foods. Just being honest we noticed when we're there, the janitor leave the mop on the corner @ start combing his hair, the waitress also comb the janitors hair, laughing @ start chatting w/ the waitress also the cashier in the cashier side. w/c my husband doesn't like it, also it takes time @ need to follow up the food you order before they serve. We went to Max restaurant also in Ayala sbma, Mla. @ Taytay they're more professional...

The staff was friendly and professional. The food was delivered very slowly, but it was well worth the wait as it was very tasty. Better than at most other Max's locations. Very clean restaurant. Tons of parking space available in the mall. Update: we just visited this Max's location for a dinner for a family outing. Even though we showed up at around 5pm, the food was delivered quicker...
