Franz Cafe — Restaurant in Palompon

No plastic day tuesday. Its nice to have atleast 1 day in a week w/ this policy for our mother earth. I rate 1 star its bec were not informed in advance about there policy, yeah our fault not to know the place first but come on! you need to inform your cx with ur hometown policy to avoid any problem. I ordered 1 mocha frappe (take out), upon the serving, we received a glass of mocha! Lioe whaaaat?? I tried to beg atleast to use their takeout cups or well buy their glass, denied! and it hurts when you hearbthe crew saying no other option! TF! I didnt even took a sip with my mocha and im on my 12 hours trip with a heavy heart and sleepy. Damn franz...

Awful. Food is not that tasty and yet overpriced. You don't get the value of what you paid for. We ordered buttered chicken, it has blood in it and the portions were too small.
