I dropped by Jollibee Palompon for takeout, and I’ll give credit where it’s due — the service was fast. The line moved quickly, and the staff seemed efficient and energetic. From ordering to receiving my food, I didn’t have to wait too long, which is always a big plus, especially when you’re in a hurry or hungry.

However, the experience started to go downhill once I checked my takeout. There were no utensils included, which can be a huge hassle, especially if you're not heading straight home or don’t have access to your own utensils. This is a small but important detail that can make or break a takeout experience.

Next, the order wasn’t correct. One of the items I received wasn’t what I asked for — it wasn’t a huge issue, but it was still not what I paid for. Mistakes like that may seem minor, but they’re frustrating, especially when you're expecting everything to be just right after a smooth order process.

And then there’s the drinks. I ordered a regular soda and a zero sugar variant, but neither cup had any markings or labels to indicate which was which. Overall, I’d say the speed of service was impressive, but the attention to detail was lacking. In-store, it might have been easier to catch or fix these things, but when it’s takeout, the customer doesn’t have a chance to double-check until they’re already gone. A little more care with packing and labeling would go a long way in improving the experience.
