8105 brasserie — Restaurant in Panabo

Hi! Dining here was really really great!

Staffs:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- were accommodating, pleasant, and welcoming.

Service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️- would be better if servers would use serving trays for food, beverages, and cutlery. ( no offense, but let's live up to the standard 😊)

Ambiance: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- JUST WOW! The interior design is not overwhelming. And I'm loving it!

Price: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ very reasonable!

Food: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ *Beef Salpicao was good! Sadly the meat was not tender. Truffled shrimp penne carbonara was my fave so far! It's bursting with flavors!

Beverage:⭐⭐⭐- ordered a choco Java chip frappe but it's not to my liking. The flavor is flat.

However, the experience was great! I haven't tried some of the menu, but I'm pretty sure everything is great!

We had Fish and Chips and a pair of Chicken tacos (luckily, it was also a Tuesday so it was a buy 1 get 1 free). We were the first customers to arrive that day, and the staff were incredibly hospitable and accommodating. The food and coffee were amazing; we especially loved the chicken tacos and how its filling was brimming. The fish for the Fish and Chips wasn't what I'm used to (cream dory), but it was still delicious especially with the generous chips it came with. We went there for father's day dinner, during the order, we told them we wanted the appetizer before the diner. I told them twice, just to be sure. It was my wife and I we ordered the diner and rice for the two of us. We'll the did not bring the appetizer out first, they brought it out with the dinner. They did not give us rice, my wife had to ask again for the rice. They only gave us one rice, my wife said let me tell them about the other rice again I was upset by now so I said no. We started to eat the fried chicken and it was so oily on the inside we could not eat it, we tried. But to much oil, will never go back...
