Chowking Urdaneta — Restaurant in Pangasinan

I went to this chowking branch 2 weeks ago, coz i'm craving of halo-halo with my cousin and uncle. So i ordered food, not too busy that time because weekdays. When our order came, only 2 and he's taking the number and i said, "wait lang kasi may order pa kami." And he didn't even know eh may listahan naman sila.. so, i feel disappointed. And my uncle and cousin started to eat their food so i keep waiting for my order, they almost finish their food wala pa rin anv food ko, tatawag ka ng server nila di sila namamansin, i feel annoyed na naman i went to the counter and told to the lady where i ordered the food. And she said, " ma'm double check ko po ah" pangit na nga ng service napakabagal nila. Di pa marunong ngumiti mga server nila. And then my food came my buddies are almost done, and i asked the lady who serve my food " nakalimutan?" Opo, sori po ma'm!, like what the heck! Gugutumin lalo ang customer pumunta dun para kumain pero what happened mas lalo ako nagutom.. CHOWKING mcarthur highway, learn to smile at huwag kakalimutan ang food ng customer nyo! Be organize bilisan nyo serbisyo nyo para marami kumain jan! At halo-halo ng chowking masarap dati kasi me and my sister lage kumakain s chowking noon tas ngayon walang wala sa mang inasal ang halo-halo nila. Tsk tsk... so disappointed to...

Place is open 24/7, fit for those who travel at night. There were 32 of us who arrived that night. Service was okay in terms of promptness. I think the difficulty we encountered (we were served less chao fan than we ordered) is bec of our number. We would have wanted to order in advance bec some of us have arrived at the place while some were en route, but couldnt bec you have to pay as you order. (Perhaps this is an improvrment chowking would consider). Bathroom had tissue and soap (these are important to me, yes!) but not as clean as i would have wanted it to be (probably bec of the floor tiles are old). Love the buchi as always. Liked the siopao asado but am disappointed with the size of it (it was almost half of the siopao at 7eleven!) bec it's no longer the chowking siopao i remember. Sorry, have no food photos but this is where we sat at the back. Would also recommend they widen or extend the ceiling outside the building to allow people more space to stay under...

In several occasions the night shift crews are ineffective in dealing with the customers and you have no choice but to pay extra coz the soda which is included in the meal is always unavailable . First who came should be served first bit that is not the case.

Their security guard is too arrogant, he never assisted in the parking area even if a bus is blocking the drive way... he even kicked a poor child outside their store awhile ago.
