Greenwich — Restaurant in Pangasinan

This place, most of the time, has all their tables occupied. An hour or two before the closing of the mall, they also close a part of the resto, making the number of available tables decrease in number. If you ever encounter this, tables outside are readily available for their customers. They have a separate restroom, and that is a plus. Moreover, they have already upgraded their automated queuing system. I rated the atmosphere four stars because of the stainless trays placed near the counter and the other one near the order redemption area. It eats space and does not look aesthetic. Also, I cannot appreciate the order redemption area. I see it as unhygienic. Maybe because it is near the CR, unlike other fast food chains where you see the food in a covered tray directly at the counter, they are not exposed to customers waiting and eating. Though, I must say that I admire how the crew assists us with our orders sometimes by getting them for us. The combo meal was satisfying, a bit salty but fulfilling. However, I'm not sure if the staff knows how to serve clients. First, the cashier didn't repeat the order to avoid any mistakes. Then, we realised that we have been served the wrong order. I went to see the cashier but insists with what's written on the receipt and did not offer to change it. So we were forced to order again.
