Angel's Pizza - Kabihasnan — Restaurant in Parañaque

I am writing to complain about my recent food order placed on angels pizza kabihasnan branch. Unfortunately, the food was never delivered to me. This caused great inconvenience as I had been waiting for the order for a long time. This is was not just the first time i ordered to them,so that i know it was good process of order and delivered good., Im really upset cause its my mothers birthday and I expected that she will be happy even this kind of appreciation i give to her but its not happened. I tried to call them many times no one answered and finally one from the team answered after i tell my concern he only hang the phone by 10mins which is i told him that im away of the country.he didn't reply to me yet he...

The food was great but not the service. Ordered via online. We made it loud and clear about our address. But in the end, they got it wrong causing misunderstandings. The delivery man was mad at us. Raising his tone when it was not our fault. A landmark was provided but he ignored it and focused on the wrong address. He kept highlighting that it was our fault.

This ruined our celebration. Domino effect happened. Because of arguing, we forgot our food on the stove and got burnt.

The food there was good! Must try their lasagna.. Super creamy and tasty. 🤤 Their pizza is superb! It's my first time eating at Angel's Pizza and the experience was so good. ❤️ I ordered Creamy Spinach Dip and Chicken Aloha.. Taste like heaven talaga. The service also, I wanna give compliments to their service. Very approachable staff and friendly. The place is so clean esp. their CR. The ambiance is so good and relaxing. Will sure to come...
