I stayed in this hotel recently from the 10th to the 15th of May 2024. I didn't mind the price for the room and the state and the free breakfast that was included on agoda.com. this is in Metro Manila but it's very far from Manila city. Takes a while and traffic to get there. One advantage of this hotel is that it is really close to the airport! They also have a shuttle service that takes people to the airport. So if I was to come back I would use this hotel for that. The breakfast is decent although many items on the menu they don't have available. To me this is really disappointing they should make a menu for what they have that day not a permanent menu that they don't have any of the items on there and say oh we're sorry we don't have that. If it's on the menu you should be serving it and you shouldn't be running out of it or it should always be available. So in that aspect the restaurant is mediocre at best. Because, they don't have all the items on the menu. So many options are pretty limited of what you can get. Most of the staff were pretty friendly and nice. Some were a little rude in the housekeeping Department I would say. Management should correct that. Oh yes for you treated with dignity and respect because, without the guest there there's no need for a housekeeper. There is no refrigerator in the room. On Google it claims that it's a three-star hotel I would say it's a two-star hotel at best. The TV works just fine they do have Amazon Prime and also cable channels with a lot of English channels. HBO, animal planet, lifetime television and some other Filipino channels that I just recently heard of. Also the phone in my room did not work whatsoever so this was a big inconvenience to me. If you're going to be a three-star hotel your phone in your room should work. I had to call on my cell phone and waste my own money to continue to call the front desk this is absolutely asinine for a three-star hotel. And I was not reimbursed for using my phone to call them. I've been to a lot of hotels so far this one is a pretty disappointing one. Disappointed with little bit of the service that I received and also lack of food! Was forced to eat the same breakfast almost every single day because they didn't have something different unfortunately. The chicken tempura did not taste very much like chicken at best it tasted like soy protein maybe it's a fake chicken I don't know but it wasn't that delicious although I ate it. If you're going to have chicken tempura it should be real chicken not those little tiny things that they called chicken. Not only that it was fried a little hard. The pancakes were extra but they were good. This should be included with the free breakfast should not have to pay for pancakes pancakes are cheap. Update may 10-14, 2025! I decided to come here again and was completely surprised the rooms are all remodeled now and look very nice! I stayed in the queen Premier room only 12 dollars a night on agoda.com! They been kinda busy they now have working phones in the room no cable TV but have youtube and a smart TV in the room I stayed in. I think for this room they should also have cable nut only offered in standard room. The breakfast selection is not that much of a selection for people who don't eat pork! Just veggie omelet or egg sandwich with fried rice or plain white rice. This menu a very dated one should be updated. The food here is tasty. Just need more options so customer don't get bored eating the same thing everyday. It possible due to remodel they reduced the menu. The staff here were a bit slow in request! When I ask for ice tea took a verry long time to get it! Also hotel staff needs to communicate with each other better. What I mean is....I asked for clean room the day before on Monday no one came! I asked again and the cleaning staff was sloppy she did not change my dirty towels and before I left for the day I ask front desk to please put clean towels in my room. I came back and there were no towels! Mt request was ignored so I asked again and a lady came with a...

Oyster Plaza Hotel would be the most convenient place to stay for people who needs to check in for early flights. Prime factor would be its location -- only about 10-15 minutes away from the airport (NAIA). The hotel also caters free transport to, and from the airport.

It's not the nicest place, but nice enough for convenience. Rooms are simple, but serves its purpose. Toiletries are provided for free, as well as pairs of slippers. No refrigirator,, so the candy bars and bottled water were just lying by the dresser. Only downside to my taste would be the old air conditioning units which make a lot of noise but emit not enough cool air. Another would be the door locks. They are too complicated to open. I was expecting a key card, but to my dismay, I was literally given a key.

They offer free breakfast, but with only 2 available options. Third one, supposedly my choice wasn't available. They have this coffee shop Behind the check in counter, but ironically, no blended coffee was available other than a sachet of coffee mix (3 in 1). 😁 Outside the coffee shop would be a few coffee tables where I preferred to lounge doing a few cig puffs. It's situated along the highway, so expect all kinds of noise from vehicles passing by. Most irritating would be these freakin' inconsiderate motorcycle riders who blast their motor-roars at worst!!!

As to the staff, I love that most of them are friendly, helpful and courteous, except for the one who checked me in. She was explaining things so fast, not even looking at me and reaching for the phone, as if she was trying to catch a flight, I didn't understand a word she said😂 --- maybe she's burnt out for her day's work --- acceptable. Their friendly smiles are the best! Had...

I have stayed here for the past 3 years and the last 2 times it has not been like it was the 1st time I stayed there. The most recent time was in December 2024 which I had placed 2 reservations. The first reservation was for 2 nights, the room had no hot water, had to ask for clean towels, toilet paper, to empty the trash. I had even asked about the laundry service which I had done before and always got it back the same day or early the next morning. Well this time when asked, I was told that I had to give them 3 days notice, I was totally baffled about this. The 3 and 4 people at the front desk were also totally to busy talking amongst one another/ other staff or just totally confused about what was asked or requested.

I had an emergency back home so I had to cut my trip short so I had to cancel the 2nd reservation out and was within the full refund time frame. I had cancelled the reservation thru the site I had used as well as contacted them for a refund thru that site. Well still to this date (1/2/25) I am still waiting for a refund that was requested 3 weeks ago. I have even reached out to the site I made the reservations thru and they tried to contact them by phone and email and they have not received any communication from anyone there as well. Now I have to contact my credit card company and have them try to get the money back which will be another 30 to 45...
