I ordered through a delivery app and their order preparation took more than an hour and a half. We tried contacting the number from the app, and the first time they answered, they suddenly dropped the call because the audio was "choppy". After calling again, they told us that there were a lot of orders and it was going to take some time, but they will call if the rider was on their way. After waiting for a long time, the pizza was cold when delivered, and it tasted subpar. They also gave the rider an incorrect number, which made it harder for them to deliver it on time. Keep in mind that we're from just a little more than 3 kilometers away but it took around 2 hours just to receive the order.

Tried to call their number numerous times and it's always on busy line and there's no call or text from the store for any update then suddenly they completed the order even if it wasn't delivered. And then suddenly I received a message from Food Panda AT 11PM that an order is on the way to me - NO CALLS NO TEXT FROM THEM to inform me that they were delivering the food what kind of concept is this? Read moreI’ve always preferred to give negative feedback privately and have never bothered leaving a 1-star review, but I couldn't let this experience slide. We were served ROTTEN chicken wings that smelled awful the moment they hit the table. How this wasn’t caught before leaving the kitchen is beyond me. When we sent them back, there was no apology, and the replacement batch was RAW. The staff eventually apologized but made excuses about the breading being too thick.
To make it worse, the manager, seated behind us and clearly aware of the situation, never once approached our table to address the issue or apologize. This branch showed zero accountability and risked causing food poisoning....
