I love how this place has never changed since the 90's, if you go here in your 30's you can actually relive memories you have of the place like family lunches or dinners, random encounters with people from school etc etc.
Went to Bacolod once to try Inasal at various places and this place is really as close as it gets to actually dining in Bacolod (there actually another branch in bacolod and its just Chicken House there but still caries the same logo and font)
Pecho + 2 Garlic Rice is my go to order here add Kansi if you're feeling fancy and want to have soup.

Opted to pick up the food as I was running errands in the area anyway. Food is still of the same high quality. The chicken inasal is still superb! Pork lovers might want to try their liempo too. It took at least 5mins before we were given the menu as the 2 servers/wait staff were busy with the other table. Place was loud because of the big group in other table. We ordered x2 Pecho, chopsuey, Laing, and fried chicken skin.
