Jollibee Eloy — Restaurant in Parañaque

On Aug 5, 2025, at around 7:30 am, we stopped at this Jollibee location to eat breakfast before our flight. We ordered breakfast at the kiosk for 7 people. When we are about to pay at the only cashier that is open, there was a very, very long line. The manager didn't have the common sense to open up another cash register. There were Senior citizens and PWD customers waiting on this same line.

When they finally opened a second cash rgister, they didn't have our order from the kiosk. They said it disappeared. The other cashier mentioned that it happened also with the other customer. They asked us to repeat the ENTIRE breakfast order for 7 people. No wonder there is a very long line on their cash register. They ask people to repeat their orders.

When I requested for all chicken breasts, they said they have none. What kind of business are they running at this place? It's in the middle of breakfast rush hour and they don't have chicken breasts!

The manager told me that I have to wait if I want the chicken breasts. I told her.....we patiently placed our order at your broken kiosk, then we waited in line for several minutes, then we repeated our order to you at the register, and now you still want me to wait for your chicken breasts because of your incompetence?!!!

NO!!! I am not waiting for another minute at this restaurant!

This is my go-to Jollibee branch as it is the nearest to my current residence.

I love that this is a 24-hour store so I can drop by anytime I get that ChickenJoy cravings.

I almost always order Super Meal A because it has a little of everything.

Very bad customer service received from Ms Georgina, she can't even pass the exchange properly, she just put the coins on top like she didn't see anybody infront of her.
