Jollibee WalterMart Sucat — Restaurant in Parañaque

This branch opens earlier than Walter Mart, the problem is they don't have any restroom inside. Restrooms are available inside Walter Mart which opens only by 9am.

The kitchen obviously have no effective exhaust system since the whole place smells like fried food and boiling oil. I rated the food in this branch lower than other branches, not because of food taste because it's quite the same as other branches, but because of their pineapple juice which almost taste like plain water with a little hint of pineapple juice taste. I stayed in the tables outside the restaurant, the tables in the hallway of Waltermart because it's warmer inside the Restaurant, it's colder in the Walter Mart hallway and the smell is better.

There is a Priority lane now at the moment for PWD/ Senior Citizens. BEWARE of the cashier not telling you the right amount on the receipt! They have that bad habit of rounding off just not to be bothered by giving a change, it happened to me, because I have a discount card and after giving your order and payment, they still don't give you the receipt when it's a dine in, they give it together with your order once served. Even if the amount of change is small, I find it as "dishonesty" if you tell your customer the wrong amount!

There is one particular crew named Joshua that I find a bit rude. When I asked about Coffee refill because in other branches they offer Coffee Refill for a certain amount when you order a breakfast meal with coffee, they said they don't have that, it's ok but what is not ok is when the said crew turned around and made an annoying sound as if he was irritated. This is the reason I rated the service 1 star.

I also doubt their claim that their utensils are sanitized, it was all wet and the utensils container are not warm, including the utensils. Free parking spaces available, though it only opens by 9am. This branch opens...

Few times when my partner went there , crews give her order incorrectly. Sample of that is when she was very clear that she wanted to dine in but then they gave it wrapped for take out. Some of it were missing so it is best to double check order at the counter before heading back to your table to make sure that nothing is missing otherwise you will try to line up and wait again . The best Jollibee I've ever been to. The Staff are very friendly, courteous and accommodating. Even the managers are the friendliest I've seen in all the other Jollibees I've been to.
