Mang Inasal Sucat-Lopez — Restaurant in Parañaque

I went together with my family in hypermarket sucat-mang inasal and all I can say is that it's the worst mang inasal that I have ever eaten. The chicken is very hard and cold when they served it and doesn't taste fresh at all! Parang niluto sya ahead of time and ginawang first out. The soup tasted like water. The service is very poor as well! Very rude employees, and not attentive to customers. One of the soup they served has hair and did not bother to replace it. I asked for extra calamansi and since nakailang bigay na sila ng toyo sana inexpect na nila na kailangan din ng calamansi, I told them that we are 7 in the table but the crew said that they already put calamansi together with our food the time that they prepared it, before they gave it to us. How rude! The one who will give extra rice is nowhere to be found, pasa pasahan lang sila di malaman kung sino nagbibigay ng rice. They are not attentive to their customers and doesn't care AT ALL. The place is very hot, ac is not working well.

The place is nice to dine-in and take-out. They also cater deliveries and pick-up. Today, as we dine they have no guard on duty(or I don't know if they have really none). They have no enough personnel. Since, there's no guard on duty, the temperature of customers were not checked and no log book for dine-in customers. Their sink has two faucet but one unit is damaged. So only one is functional. So you have to wait it to be free before you can wash your hands.

For unli rice customers, you have to be patient when you want to add rice since they have no enough personnel to cater everyone's request at the same time.

They're giving extra soup, water, "sawsawan" upon your request.

2nd time to eat here at this branch in a span of 2 weeks. also ate at JTs inasal in between so I was able to compare the two. First off, not sure if this is a permanent thing pero first thing they tell you when ordering sa Mang Inasal is walang chicken oil, walang sili. happened twice na. wala na ngang condiments sa lamesa wala pang chicken oil. JTs has the 3 condiments on hand btw. taste-wise mas ok JTs imo. not too dry. but mas mahal pag JTs so kayo na lang mag gets ng own opinion. place is not run-down but the tables and chairs need na palitan asap. see pics. naka tape pa ung pang laminate.
