KFC — Restaurant in Parañaque

Visited at 3PM. The employees and manager are no where to be found on the counters. They are busy doing I don’t know what sa likod.

Two other customers were complaining with the length of service. I waited for 15 minutes to get my food.

The manager stood idly sa side directing staff pero not helping.

If hindi pa magraise ng concern ( they are mad) yung other customer hindi makikitaan ng urgency.

I thought the bad experience was isolated to others I saw on our community page until I experienced it first hand.

As a franchise, you'd have expectations. For this branch, it's more a management issue. Food is ok. Same as any other branch. But forecasting availability and equipment maintenance have marred an otherwise enjoyable fastfood joint. Manager of this specific couldn't care less about the dining experience. I've heard a few fellow diners call him lazy. Gravy machine wasn't working. Every other order needs a 20 minute wait

You can go to a better KFC branch elsewhere. The service here is...

WORST EXPERIENCE KFC BRANCH. FIRST DAY NILA may water interruption daw tas nakapaskil sa entrance door nila til 9:30 pero 8:30pm pa lang nakalagay na Sorry We're Closed sign. May unang pumasok na customers samin at di naman pinigilan kaya pumasok na rin kami. Ang haba ng linya since first day nga kahit gabi na pero nung mag-oorder na kami, flavorshots na lang daw available. KAINIS. Di man lang sila nag-announce na yun na lang available?!? Hinayaan nilang luminya yung mga customers kahit wala na kwenta availability ng menu nila!! Pati iced tea nila hindi "ICED". Tinawag pa iced tea pero walang ice kaloka!!! Tas yung supervisor ba yon o head don na nakalongsleeves polo ba light light blue, PANGET UGALI. BAT ANG INET NG ULO MO??? Tas puro sigaw siya ng number for takeout pero mali pala number sinigaw niya.

Tas nakita ko sa resibo may pasurvey tas pag sinagutan may free gift edi syempre go ako tas mostly nilagay ko HIGHLY DISSATISFIED pero hinanap namin resibo wala pala. Sinabi namin sa counter tas mabait naman cashier boy nila PERO ETONG PARANG HEAD NILA PINAGPIPILITAN NA NASA PLASTIC KAHIT WALA NAMAN!!! Oo nung una nilagay niya sa plastic pero kinuha niya ulit kasi maling number nga sinigaw niya kanina. RUDE ATTITUDE. PANGET MAGING HEAD PARANG WALANG ORIENTATION. BAGSAK SA COMMUNICATION SKILLS. BUTI PA CASHIER BOY NILA NA EMPLEYADO LANG VERY POLITE. Excited pa naman ako kumain sa branch na to dahil malapit lang samin pero...
