Samgyupsalamat - Bicutan — Restaurant in Parañaque

There are restaurants and establishments that offer either great food or great customer service. Very few offer both and even fewer achieve it with grace. Let me just say that this is one of the latter few, partly due to the food, but most importantly because of the customer service they have. Among the other samgyupsal restaurants I’ve been to, this branch serves the freshest cuts of meat and the most generous offerings of side dishes. They definitely did not compromise on the quality (and quantity) of their menu. And if that wasn’t enough, what made that place more memorable to me was the staff! Excellent, excellent service by everyone working there, but I am obligated out of sheer gratitude alone to commend Michelle for the outstanding service she gave us. She basically ‘made the day’ for everyone around when we were there, and is the reason why I am writing this review. You simply cannot find any other staff as amazing as her, and I’ve been to too many places to know how difficult it can be to work in the food industry. I can only imagine working there day in and day out with all your senses intact, let alone lacking one or two of them. Kudos to the owner for diversifying their employment opportunities in this restaurant.

Overall I give this restaurant a 5 star rating. Excellent food, excellent service, affordable rates. Shoutout to Michelle as well! Gamsahamnida!...

Ended up here after trying to go to the other big KBBQ chain location in Bicutan (with the initials RB) which worked out well because it was a way better experience. Even though the other restaurant's sign said they were open (this was around 1:30 in the afternoon) there was no staff welcoming guests when we arrived and their AC seemed to be hardly working - so we bailed. Compared to them the Samgyupsalamat location was much more spacious, had great air conditioning, and far more helpful staff. The cuts of meat were delicious and easily on par with every other quality KBBQ joint we've tried in the Philippines and the States. They also had some set menu items for people who aren't big eaters - which was good because one of our group wasn't. Totally...

I've been here thrice but my experience here this week was one of the very best restaurant experience I've had.

The staff was super duper attentive anticipating clean up and refill of side dishes. They were very responsive to orders and request - really quick in bringing orders. Always smiling and corteous :-) Great to see them employing persons with hearing disabilities. Hope other establishment follows!

Food was yummy! The meats were good quality and not served frozen. The side dishes were what will make me come back here again and again. I loved that they make you wait outside for few short minutes and when you arrive at your table it's prepared with all the side dishes and drinks...
