McDonald's — Restaurant in Parañaque

We visited this branch to enjoy the cheesy french fries and large Mcfloat for merienda. Our age group is 55 plus and just wanted to chill in the afternoon. Ordered large and xtra large fries with cheese and a large Mcfloat. The fries are superb and we enjoyed it. Mcfloat is one of our fave in McDonald’s but this time it was served with pure ice, less coke and ice cream on top. We asked why ice is too much and the coke is way too less, service crew said the dispenser is being calibrated. Was it our fault? So I decided to go to the counter and expressed my concern regarding the Mcfloat but the lady seems confused on what I am talking about. Anyway, just bought another regular coke to refill my Mcfloat. When someone lost plate, u treat the incident urgent. After submitting the police report, no one available to review the CCTV and was told to wait for a call. No one called, so I made the effort to check and talk to the GM at the store. He couldn't care less lol and can't even assure if they can provide the CCTV no urgency at all.. worst is he even asked me to go to the Barangay hall to get cctv footage. Tf haha

A walking distance fast food which is very close to my work place. Comfort room is always the issue with regards to the fast food area. A lot of beggars also waiting for you outside and sometimes they can go inside and will start bothering you while you're eating. The place is somewhat crowded seats scattered that sometimea during peak hours it could exags to describe you can elbow to elbow to other customers. One time i made a wrong order and they are not helpful just to change it or make the most out of it. I dont reccomend this only for my grab...
