Shakey's — Restaurant in Parañaque

I had a very good time here not long ago, i had fond memories of this place with my fiancee,

But this visit really put my liking of this place to shame.

Lunch time, we came in as a group of four, it was moderately busy and there were still a lot of empty seats.

no one came to greet us or seat us my fiance seeing an empty booth took a seat and waited. when the "manager" eventually talked to us after standing at the podium looking at the menu for a good 5-10 mins, she told us to leave the booth because it was to be cleaned first. i ordered our meal and mixed up the promotions she told me that the promotion (buy 1 take 1 pizza) was only for delivery and take out. I agreed and we ordered the monster meal deal, she did not ask anything about our order as to what pizza, what size, and what pasta we were taking. I had to tell her after i sat down. All the while her face had the expression of someone who didnt want to be there. service was slow but we enjoyed our time waiting as we were with friends, i told the manager that i was to pick the carbonara against the marinara pasta, she did not confirm, smile, nod or anything that confirms my order she walked away. i asked for water during our meal, it took about 10 mins before i got up went over to the counter to ask for water. The the waiter told me to get my own water from the tray in front me. I took the pitcher 2 glasses of ice and left the counter. asked for the bill paid and left.

Shakeys is a restaurant i recommend to all my foreign friends and this really disappointed me. I have fond memories of this place olive's plaza branch in particular.

We are very unsatisfied with everything. We had to wait too long for our food, and rice was even served very late. We even asked if they could sing a simple song to my friend to make her feel like she was being celebrated on her birthday. But they just made our hopes high and even literally served the plate with the lettering "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" after being billed out. They could have just said no instead. In addition, there was a single fly inside the restaurant. The carbonara is too bland; it doesn't seem to have been seasoned at all. The service is really bad and slow. We had to make multiple follow-ups. The restaurant at that time was not even crowded; there were barely any customers. We are extremely disappointed with what happened, especially since it was a special occasion. I will never go back to this branch. There were even 2 to 3 staff sleeping on the couch behind our backs. Poor customer service and...

Don't go here. Server Bianca shouldn't be working in customer relations. I got confused on who really is the waitress assigned at my table. But waitress named Bianca doesn't deserve working as a waitress. After ordering my pizza, it never arrived. My beverage is almost consumed and still no pizza. After an hour of waiting, another waitress name Analyn came and asked if I wanted another beverage. Still no pizza. So I called a male waiter and he relayed my message about my order. Bianca again arrived at my table. She sad I didn't order pizza. Her words came as a surprise to me. To make my experience short, I will never go back in that particular Shakey's location. Good...
