ArmyNavy Burger + Burrito — Restaurant in Pasig

I had an experience at this Army Navy that was so amazing that I just had to share.

The management here absolutely gets it! Gets na gets! They were able to turn a bad experience into an experience that absolutely delighted me, all by simply choosing to make things right after they initially went wrong.

I ordered 2 items: a longganisa breakfast burrito and California double burger. Both items had mistakes -- one seemingly a cashier mistake and the other a cook mistake. In both cases, the manager had the items remade to fix the mistakes without any pushback. This was already fabulous service.

Then, much to my delight, the manager personally brought over to our table the 2nd fixed item along with surprise complimentary onion rings! I was super pleased to see this excellent display of customer service which unfortunately has become a bit rare especially in a fast food place. This is now my favorite Army Navy location; their excellent service (and food quality too) is directly responsible for me now wanting to eat there all the time! It has become one of my top favorite places now.

I always order here via Grab. But, last May 4 (bet. 7-730p) my fam went there to eat. Parking was full up to Tokyo2 side, but the front lane (fronting the store) was open. As we were preparing to park, the Guard on duty stopped us & won"t let us park even though there's a Parking signage in place. When asked why we can't park, it's full na daw (kahit walang naka-park sa harap!). He did not even offer to assist. So i told him, so we can't eat there bec. U won't let us park? And he said yes. So disappointing! Wouldn't have asked if there's no slot. But there was! In fact 2.cars can fit pa. So Hampton branch, please check what"s the issue of your guard there. You're.losing potential.customers...

It had a nice ambience. The people were very nice and the food was really good. I really lime their burgers, the smokiness was amazing, the charring and the drip of the burger was amazing. The adobo flakes was also really nice. One of my favorites. However their service wasn't on top. The assumed that we are ignorant kids and chose to ignore us. We ordered, they took it. But as we sat down, a lady told us angrily that are we number 5, we were 6 and 7 we told her no but she still took the receipt.
