Yellow Cab Pizza Co. — Restaurant in Pasig

The waiting time is too long. We’ve been here multiple times on different occasions, and yet nothing has changed with their service. My friends and I ordered a half-pound of chicken wings (with two flavors), expecting that they would serve us half a pound each. We also ordered a large 2-in-1 pizza (with two flavors), expecting it would be enough to feed at least five people. When we received the orders, the wings were served as “half-pound” portions, but each flavor only had three pieces, and we had to split the pizza unevenly since it couldn’t satisfy our hunger. We waited an hour for just a pizza that couldn’t even feed five people, and a “half-pound” of chicken at an overpriced cost. We also ordered another “half-pound” of chicken, which took 40 minutes. When I followed up on the order, I saw the tray of chicken just sitting in their kitchen. The crew should have been more welcoming, though I understand they are tired and stressed from all the consistent orders. Still, excellent service is what keeps customers coming back, and I hope you can provide them with proper training on how to handle customers...

I'm usually really patient when the costumers are flocking in, but in this case there were literally five costumers, three sitting and two - including me - lining up. The food was okay but the service was horrible. It took me - at the very least 15 - minutes in line with one person in front, taking my order took at the least 10 minutes, which was only two items. I went to wash m hands and there was no soap, when I sat down I waited 30 minutes for my order and the person who was behind us got their order first. I asked for service water, it never got to us. After eating we packed our stuff and prepared to leave, passing the counter where I found two employees chatting. So no, I did not enjoy it. Good food + bad service = no quality. You are the worst! I ordered exactly 10:13 AM and received it at 12:15noon! I never had problem ordering any food from Yellow Cab! This is the first time I encountered this kind of service. That food is supposed to be someone’s birthday and yet you let her wait more than 2 hours!! Don’t even mention the traffic or anything because your store is just 10minutes away from the delivery address! I did not received any update from you guys and I even try to call you but your line was busy. I will never order again to this kind of restaurant that provides worst service!
