This branch is does not acknowledge PWD DISCOUNT properly, manager told me about "policies" that don't even exist.
Manager made a mistake and discounted my husband's meal instead of mine as she was saying that fully loaded meal of mine cannot be discounted anymore so she just discounted the other zinger combo meal, which is WRONG because I literally just ordered few days ago and used my ID for the discount of my previous fully loaded meal and it was smooth and quick. However this manager was extremely rude, dismissive, and unapologetic. She insisted that she would just return my payment and not push through with our order. Who does that instead of correcting? Her name is Kristina Rebuelta as written on her name tag. She seemed to even make it like I was lying when I told her that they literally just accepted my ID for the discount and/or vat exemption for the fully loaded meal- the same meal that I just ordered days ago. While I was still seated, one of the staff started clearing our table without even asking for permission. I was still drinking at that time, but they proceeded to take my drink, even though I hadn’t finished it yet.
Additionally, when I asked to borrow a plate for the cake, it seemed like they didn’t want to lend me one. I’m not sure if that’s against their policy, but the staff didn’t seem very accommodating. They weren’t friendly and didn’t even smile at customers.
