Work of Love Cafe — Restaurant in Pasig

Good food and ambiance. HOWEVER, regarding their TL Kris—honestly, even a one-star rating doesn’t feel low enough for her behavior. Her manners in customer service are seriously lacking.

For context: All our orders were served except for one meal. They served the longganisa on a small plate, so we asked if there was a mistake because the menu clearly stated it was a meal, but there was no rice. They clarified that rice was indeed included.

Instead of just serving the rice on a separate plate, Kris decided to take away the plate with the longganisa—despite us telling the first server not to take it since we had already started eating. Kris claimed they needed to “reassemble” and “replace” the dish and it took them a long time to serve the pending order.

By the time the rice arrived, the person who ordered it had already lost his appetite. How rude and unprofessional to take back food that was already being consumed. And instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, Kris just kept making excuses and arguing.

It’s honestly disappointing to experience such poor service from someone who should be setting an example for the staff. The place itself has potential, but if they keep employees like Kris, it’s going to drive customers away....

You can perfectly enjoy your bonding with a family, friends and of course love ones! They have card games there to play with. You can cozely sit there without feeling bored.

The ambience is so comfortable and relaxing! I can sleep there for hours HAHAHA The place is accessible since you can commute also you can travel by your own vehicle. They have limited parking since they have business neighbours.

Their food and beverage are superb! I hope they will have a bigger size of the drinks! I love it. It's kinda expensive like the price of a famous cafe like SB. But I prefer this one since it is ALL in ONE!

The staff are approachable. They explain to you the drinks description and they will kindly answer your inquiries. They even give a slice of cake. Thank you! I will come...

I recently visited this cafe again and I must say I was impressed! The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive.

I ordered a "dark chocolate mocha" and it was expertly crafted - the perfect balance of rich espresso and creamy steamed milk, complemented by a decadent dark chocolate flavor. Their food selection was also outstanding, with a variety of fresh, delicious options to choose from. I especially loved their "Pan au Chocolat" - the buttery, flaky pastry was perfectly baked and the chocolate filling was a heavenly treat.

Additionally, their "Love Spell Cake" is a must-try! This unique dark chocolate and spicy cake is unlike anything I've tasted in other cafes.
