Mang Inasal — Restaurant in Pavia

The manager named Mylene M. Ramos and the teller were very rude and unprofessional. We wanted to order a buddy Fiesta and I told them that the kids doesn't like the Java rice and if they could replace it with white rice and they said no but I said I will pay extra and they agreed but for the whole conversation the manager looked at me like her eyes was about to pop out. She want to swallow me whole. I asked her why she looked at me like that and she was being sarcastic and rude because she looked at the teller and they smiled at each other and trying to show the teller what she did to me. When we were sitting mylene went at the back and talking to one of the staff and he looked at me and gave me a sarcastic smile. On 12th Jun '25 my family ordered takeaway at your SM CITY Iloilo branch. While waiting we saw your grilling staffs used the same basting stajnkess steel container of chicken oil to basting both the raw and already cooked/grilled chicken pieces. And we also see another staff who carried skewers of raw chickens into the grilling room. The raw chicken pieces were dripping the marinate sauce onto the cooked/chicken pieces on the aluminium tray on the table. He must use a container to bring these raw chicken pieces on skewers so the sauce marinate won't drip onto the cooked/grilled chicken pieces. This will cause customers ti get diarrhoea and sick if they eat these chicken. I hope management will put immediate correction actions before more people get sick not knowing how they got sick from...

I really wish I had read the previous reviews before dining here, as they were absolutely spot on. The staff here desperately needs training when it comes to customer service. Not only was the service slow and unhelpful, but they served our sisig cold. The soap in the handwashing area was also empty – such a basic detail to overlook.

It really makes you wonder, where is the quality control in this place? To top it off, the spicy chicken I wanted to try wasn’t available, yet they didn’t even have any chilis to offer as an alternative. This was a huge letdown.
