The hotel is quite close to the City centre and the airport. The big shopping centre (SM) is only a few minutes by tricycle but if you don't mind walking, it only took 25 minutes for me to get there. ||The bed is super comfortable. There is aircon and TV with many channels to choose from in the room. There is also a tea kettle and complimentary tea & coffee, however, I have no idea how it is possible to make the kettle work due to its cable is only like 10cm long and there is no plug in where you can plug it into without holding it in the air. ||I loved the scent of the towels as well as the smell of body wash and shampoo (they do not provide body lotion nor conditioner).||The hotel provides free airport pick up and drop off. Both were very smooth and efficient. ||The hotel has a function room where weddings and other events are held. Twice out of my 4-night stay weddings were happening which were a bit noisy. Both of them finished before/around midnight tho. ||The breakfast was always the same and it mostly designed for Asians. Although, there was also scrambled eggs and cerial which gave a bit of hope for tourist like me (can't have rice and meat for breakfast). ||Overall, it's a nice hotel with friendly staff and very...

I had bad experiences in a B&B that I originally checked into for my holiday in Palawan. I'd already seen the Palawan Uno Hotel whilst passing in a tricycle. It looked nice on the main highway to the airport. So, I instigated an emergency checkout from the B&B and moved into the Uno for the last 2 nights of my Palawanstay.||||I was put into the annexe at the rear of the building away from the traffic noise of the main road. Nice quiet room and well appointed. A few small niggly things, but I got them sorted out as soon as I settled in.||||Buffet breakfast is served in another outbuilding round the back from 06.00 ti 10.00. Good variety of food but with an Asian theme. But they had cornflakes abd good milk though..!! It cost 300 pesos (4.50 GBP) for the buffet. Worth it I think.||||There's an ATM at the front of the hotel and always tricycles waiting there. The SM City mall is only a few minutes away by trike. ||||All the hotel staff were friendly and courteous. There's a free shuttle to & from the airport which is only a couple of miles away anyway. ||||Moving into this hotel helped me get through the last 2 days of my trip to Palawan. I'd definately stay here again if I ever visit this...

This Hotel is only good on first look!! Our room was OK. But the view from our window was awful. All we could see was the back of several air condition units without any panoramic view. The bathroom was scary. Rust on the mirror. Ugly black remainings on the showers sealings as well as glass door hinges which look like they'll fall apart in the next 5 minutes. Bed with holes in the bed linen as well as in the towels. Why is it considered as too difficult to renew the old linen/towels/hinges/sealings? Please think about those items being renewed! With that a dramatic increase in guests well beeing could be archived. Another point to be mentioned is the pool area. Is it too difficult to remove the bags full of used linen, trash or old hotel equipment from the windows which are facing the pool area? It makes a stay at the pool not really a pleasure, when guests have to look at those windows all day. A good thing is the free airport transit as well as the lunch packages. They've been pretty good.

Good rooms, excellent service, and overall good experience Rooms were very clean. Bathroom is clean. It’s evident that they’ve been around for quite a while through some of the yellowing appliances (e.g., hair dryer), but so long as it works, it’s fine by me. Also heard from the staff that they’re doing room renovations pretty soon, so i guess they’re trying to address these problems already. Service was excellent! Staff was very accommodating and tended to our needs with urgency. I also like they have airport services - just make sure to let them know your schedule ahead of time so they can make the necessary arrangements Big plus on the available parking spaces because we rented a car to explore Puerto Princesa. Good facilities as well. Better than most 3 star hotels I’ve stayed in. Pool was clean and my favorite spot was the quiet nook by the garden. Overall, good value for money. Will definitely consider them again when I go back to visit Palawan.

This is one of the comfy hotels I have stayed in Puerto Princesa. Room rate is a bit higher than the average (2 - 3k price range). Location is near the airport arond 5mins drive and along the highway. Accomodation includes airport transfer , buffet breakfast, free wifi and free use of their gym and pool. Rooms are clean and properly maintained and has ample space to move around. The pool is not that big but just right to take a dip and relaxed. But the towels they provide at the pool has a foul smell on it which really sticks to your body. So better to bring your room towels with you. Breakfast choices on their buffet is good. The staffs are also accomodating and pleasantly welcoming from the airport transfer, front desk to the dinning. Keep it up. For improvement though is to have a standard computerized folio or SOA to be issued to customers. Curretly they only issue a photocopy of a hand written folio.
