KFC — Restaurant in Quezon City

Dined here with my co-workers tonight, Feb. 18, 2023. Service was okay, but the girl at the cash register looked a bit stressed.

We ordered:

2 zinger steak 1 sisig rice bowl 3 mushroom soup 1 bucket of fries

At first, they made a mistake of giving us 3 colas when we ordered 1 cola and 2 iced teas. It was easily replaced naman. However, my sisig rice bowl took a long time. Upon initial order, they said it'd take 5 mins. After a while, I came to follow up and they said another 5 mins. 5 mins passed, they apologized for the delay and asked me if I'd be okay eating it without the egg. I accepted.

After eating, the manager approached me and apologized for the delay and asked if I wanted a sundae in place for the egg. I accepted.

The service was okay, the manager was very kind.

The bathrooms were clean, there are bidets, the hand soap dispenser was plentiful, the tissue paper was also full.

KFC has really have to do something about the disturbing quality of the foods your selling. It is really far beyond your low point to put extenders or use a very low grade potato powder to pass for Mash Potato just to earn money. I ordered a platter of it and it was inedible! It was gelatinous in texture, bland with the taste of starch once you decipher the taste in your mouth. This was the first time I encountered such disgusting "mashed potato" from a fast food chain. There were no potatoes in it.. its all starch and powders. Grocery bought powdered mash potato taste far even better from what you are serving. I dont know if its just KFC Tandang Sora branch or its a storewide downgrade. But one thing is for sure, KFC is no longer serving quality food and sadly nobody is fixing it. You deteriorating branches are a testament to these serious food...

We had dinner here with 7 of my officemates. When it comes to fastfood there isn't really much to expect from the store but recently I want to rate fastfoods depending on how they are indeed "FAST" because I am having really unsatisfactory remarks about a certain fastfood restaurant where your order sometimes take more than 30 minutes to make.

Anyway we ordered the following: 2 Bucket Meal - chicken, fixins, rice and drink 1 FL Bucket of Fries

I cannot say anything else when it comes to taste because we all know how KFC food tastes like. It's the same no matter where you go.

Food - 10/10 Speed of service - 10/10 max of 10 minutes Decor - 8/10 lacks a little umpf factor Ambience - 10/10
