Mang Inasal - Savemore Novaliches — Restaurant in Quezon City

Mang inasal novaliches save more branch is worst branch ever The sink is terrible I keep coming to mang inasal bcz I love the taste of grilled chicken but it' happens that this branch is very dirty and poor service last year I eat many times in this branch and the sink is already clogged till now already 2025 they don't even fix it it is still clogged and pointing customer to wash hand in the comfort room.My goodness . Last year been experiencing many times they don't have chili and calamansi for God sake you guys are selling grilled chicken and you don't provide the basic partner for the grilled. Today again I eat with my partner and same thing no chili keep waiting the food for such a long time and I've order the unli rice and already frustrated for the long hours waiting and again u have to wait for the unli rice for such a long time.. The service is very poor the utensils is not even sterile and directly from wash area they will put in utensils bin undried and unsterile where is the manager of this branch they don't have senses for this????Ruining the images of the big food chain. The wet market is too close the savemore is your neighbor you can't even think of taking some money from petty cash to buy chili and calamansi for the grilled chicken your serving.. Use your mind atleast have initiative to buy than just letting customer to adjust , or maybe doing this purposely bcz this is not first time that happen even in our home if we are eating grilled we always use the chili and calamansi.. Shout out to the manager of this branch atleast have shame!!!Even the dessert is always unavailable.

Waiting time took almost an hour. The food is cold as ice when served. Service crews are not friendly and accommodating. I know they’re tired but it’s their job. Will never come back to this branch. Such a waste of time. Why call your restaurant a fast food chain when in fact you cannot serve food in an acceptable waiting time.

Ordered multiple times here at san bartolome branch but it was always incomplete. Their contact number is unreachable we tried to contact them via customer service they have reached out to the manager of the store, after the call they turned it off and did not take the issue seriously. Their bogus is you’ll buy extra condiments paid for it but it wont be delivered together...
