Mang Inasal — Restaurant in Quezon City

We recently visited this Mang Inasal branch to celebrate our last day of school, but the experience was really disappointing. The staff were rude and unaccommodating. We simply wanted to sit together as a group, but they didn’t allow us to, even though there was an empty table right beside ours. When we asked if our classmates could move to that table, they still refused and gave us attitude for asking. It really ruined what was supposed to be a happy moment for us. We hope the management addresses this, as customers deserve to be treated...

Would not recommend ordering anything from this place. I thought TAKE OUTS were supposed to have spoons and forks inside the bag but NOPE! apparently you still need to specifically state that they NEED to put utensils inside the bags. (My father called them to ask what was the problem, because he was the one to order and that's what they said) We cant even use our hands because we were at a car repair shop and had to help so we ate the meal when we drove home 3 hours later. Worst experience in this store. I ordered Lumpia and was never advised that it’s already at the counter. It was then given to be, obviously, cold. I then politely asked the crew to re heat. They did comply, but sadly, they only did it on one. As seen on the pic, only one soaked in oil is hot, compared to the other one. I spoke with the manager, unfortunately, I now understand why their service is like that. Really, this store puts the good name of Mang Inasal on...
