Went there last night to grab our favorites. It has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience.
First: we kinda waited a bit long tho wala naman masyadong tao, pero it was fine since hindi naman kami nagmamadali.
Second: our number has been called and as we checked our orders, namali ng punch yung nasa counter. Instead of onion rings, they gave us fries which made me sooo unhappy kase we love onion rings so much. My bf also ordered coffee pero they forgot to give him the milk/creamer so he had to go back and ask ulit.
Third: we paid for extra cheese on both of our burgers pero when we’re about to eat na, THERE WERE NO CHEESE at all! So again, he went back at the counter to ask. Sobrang inis ko na sa part na ‘to. They took our burgers para daw lagyan ng cheese pero sabi ko, wag na. I opted a refund which they gave naman.
Fourth: the food wasn’t hot anymore, only the sauce. Lol.
Fifth: when we were almost done eating, the manager came and asked us to give back the refund they gave us since CC daw yung MOP namin. Sa CC din daw pala nila need i-process yung refund which will take about a week pa.
So instead of enjoying the night with our go-to comfort food, it’s the other way around. I don’t mind paying much if we get the right service and orders but hassle after hassle is a NO-NO. First time on this branch and this is also the first time we got hassle after hassle experience out of all BK stores we visited.
I just hope we’ll never need to go back just to follow up our refund.

Read moreBañadera amethyst who is a guard at burger king don antonio was very rude, just because I've accidentally parked my motor cycle at the front (which is car parking but there is no signage that car only parking) which I don't know that there is a motorcycle parking at the back of their store, he get my ID, scolded at me and put a hold on my ID. The worst burger king parking experience I've ever had. (there are several other motorcycles parked at the mentioned "car parking only"). Management should take action onto this cause this may lead some customers avoiding their store due to the guard feels like customers using only the parking slot even though you ate at the store. Isn't it customer's rights to park at the establishment's parking where they are going to eat? Why they need to be scolded and shouted at infront of other people. Worst guard I've encountered some guards are friendly and when you explain to them the confusion on what happened they listen and understand(tagalog), but this Bañadera amethyst just keep on shouting like he doesn't understand the explanation I've said that there is no sign of motorcycle parking at the back and parking...
Read moreNo rice available. Unbelievable. So many orders for a chicken rice meal being turned down. Already heard 3 orders while I was waiting in line for like 2 mins. Imagine how much is being lost for one whole day. I think it is very simple to find solution for this.
Also, the fries that came to us is undercooked and were not seasoned at all. We dined 10:10pm.
Lastly, all the staff not empathetic about their short comings. They can't even compensate the incomplete selection with good customer service. They just shout the order numbers to be picked up by the customer. How hard is it to bring the food to the table. There are just 4 tables occupied when we dined. I do not see any store manager on duty as well.
I hope the management and the owners will take action already. So many 1...
