I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent visit to your Ever Gotesco branch. While I have always enjoyed the quality of your food, my experience this time was negatively affected by several issues that I feel need to be addressed.
Firstly, the air conditioning system was inadequate to handle the large number of guests inside the restaurant. The atmosphere was uncomfortably warm, making it difficult to enjoy the meal. Considering the size of the crowd, proper ventilation and cooling should be prioritized to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
Secondly, the service during my visit was unacceptably slow. Orders took a long time to arrive, and it seemed that the staff were overwhelmed by the number of diners. Efficient and timely service is an essential part of the dining experience, and this aspect needs improvement.
Lastly, I noticed that a junior staff member was not equipped with good listening skills. This resulted in repeated instructions and further delays in addressing our requests. Staff members should be trained to listen attentively and respond effectively to customer needs to maintain Mesaâs standard of service excellence.
I trust that Mesa will take this feedback seriously and work on improving these aspects at the Ever Gotesco branch. Addressing these concerns will undoubtedly enhance the overall experience for your valued patrons.

They donât take responsibility for their own mistakes. They donât apologize when they made errors themselves. Nagpapasahan pa ng trabaho. Now, I understand why laging nasa labas mga tao nila at naghahanap ng customers. They donât have repeat customers due to their poor service. So they lure new customers to go inside their stores. Anyway, for our personal experience, they didnât serve our additional orders. We called 4 other servers to follow up the order but only the 4th server told us na no additional orders were punched. Even the managers donât know how to apologize. They just said na walang napunch na additional orders and no acknowledgement were made. This is the importance of reading reviews before entering a restaurant.

Additionally, some vegetables appeared outdated, compromising freshness. ⢠Calamansi Chicken: Unfortunately, this dish was also overcooked, resulting in a tough and dry texture that didnât live up to expectations. ⢠Sisig: Iâd give this a separate rating of â â âââ (2/5) â it was difficult to chew and lacked the flavor and texture that make sisig enjoyable.
