SaladStop! - Holy Spirit — Restaurant in Quezon City

This is by far the most disappointing experience we’ve had at a Saladstop branch. Despite repeating the orders multiple times, the staff consistently fails to fulfill them correctly, leaving out items on more than one occasion.

This is now the second time we've experienced this. On our first visit, we ordered a Cobb Salad, which should include avocados, but none were present. When we pointed this out, the staff insisted the avocados were included and likely just mixed in. However, based on our most recent experience, this seemed unlikely, as I could clearly see large slices of avocado in that order.

During our most recent visit, we ordered a Cobb Salad with an additional serving of oat-breaded chicken for takeout. Once we got home, we realized the chicken was missing. We had bad customer service with the staff of Salad Stop. They don't allow senior discounts via pickup on Lalamove. What was worse was they had different policies. I called them and asked if they allowed senior discounts; they said yes, and then they made me wait just to tell me they don't allow senior discounts without any appearance of the customer. I almost booked the Lalamove to pick up from there. Also, they have inconsistent policies that made me want this feedback to call out this branch. Hello, my parents are seniors. How can we go there face-to-face? They just like to order salad, stop, and provide the IDs and authorisation and all. I even asked if it was possible to have a video call so they could see my parents. This store doesn't acknowledge senior discount rights. It should...

We double checked closing time via google before coming in. Was immediately greeted by “hindi ko pa pala na close” at 9:10PM by a person behind the counter, where everyone behind the counter stared when we came in. Binawi with a “welcome po”. Note that there were 2 out of around 5 tables still occupied when we came in.

Reminded that we could only dine until 9:45PM before taking the order which we agreed on. Upon payment on the counter, “takeout na lang po”. Inconsistent sa sinabi ng kumuha ng order. Cashier still had to confirm the manager/order taker for us to proceed.
