Sweet Tomato Grill — Restaurant in Quezon City

Decent food but consistently terrible service. We've been going here for years since it's literally the only restaurant in St. Luke's QC. The canteen has better service but not very appetizing food. The only other choice is 7-11.

This restaurant's servers are all slow and inattentive. I've had orders forgotten and only made when I reminded them. I've had orders where my takeout had been ready for a while but nobody was bringing it or telling me that it was ready so I had to go up to the kitchen to ask for it. They've told me their bibingka was going to be ready in 20-30min (information a customer uses to determine whether to order or not) but we ended up waiting for 50min. When you first sit down, it's a toss-up whether a waiter's going to come take your order within 15min or if they're going to pretend you don't exist even when you're the only table with customers in it.

Their monopoly lets them get away with bad service. It's infuriating because it doesn't matter how many complaints they get, they don't have to improve. They'll always be busy and successful because customers...

The restaurant is located at the ground floor of St. Luke's Medical Center Quezon City. Upon entry to the lobby, turn left at the first corridor and walk past the billing office. The mains here are good for 2. I recommend the foil baked salmon. There are lots of choices in the menu, and most of them you can't go wrong anyway. We've tried the sweet and sour pork, sinigang na bangus, eggplant with ground pork, chicken curry and beef steak Filipino, and they're all ok. Took 40 mins before someone managed to take my order when the restaurant wasn't busy at all. For some reason, most of the staff were nowhere to be found. When one of them finally approached, the staff was rude, had the nerve to blame me for the delay and assumed I caused it for not actively calling someone to take the order (which I did many times at this point). Food took forever to come out and it was bloody cold. Extremely overpriced for the service, portion size and quality of food. Avoid this place...
