Ummason restaurant(Don Antonio Branch) — Restaurant in Quezon City

Uhm... 2nd time eating on this resto but different branch. Sorry but I prefer this branch over the branch on Timog, ang comfortable pumunta dito and well served naman kami siguro dahil di pa lunch time nung pumunta kami? We ordered: 2 (180g) of beef since min. of 2 orders kala ko 180 is onti palang and for me okay na yung serving na yung 1 for 1 person kasi medyo marami na sya for me then dipped it on asin 😂🥰 This is already served with leafs (Perilla, Lettuce and Pechay which is marami nna rin 1 serve lang, di ko lang nabet perilla for some reason siguro dahil first time ko? Pero ang dry kasi pero bet ko yung minty flavor nya sa mouth) Naengmyeon & Udon were sold and served but the serving is good for 2 each 😂 So nahirapan kami ubusin lol compared sa Timof when I ordered their Bibimyeon the serving was almost half lang ng noods na sinerve ngayon sakin, if I know we wouldn't order separately, magshare nalang kami ng sis ko lol Tteokbokki was smooth and well seasoned. For me okay naman yug lambot ng ttokki pero sabi ng sis ko medyo overcooked? Pero sakto lang naman.

PS: Udon was not yet serve on the pic but it's as big as my Naengmyeon's bowl. Overall total bill for this serving was 2040, worth it? 50% yes, 50% no. Serving was massive but meat was kinda pricey for 180 serving and sayang lang kasi di namin naubos sides dahil di ganon kabet sides nila. One of the most authentically korean restaurants I've been to. They serve a lot of side dishes and even soup. The price may seem on the higher side but serving sizes are HUGE we had to bring home some food. They also have some dishes that you dont get to see in other korean restaurants here. Definitely going back and bringing family here.

Warning though that if you go during lunch time it could get pretty hot in the place. Do consider sitting near the aircon or the fan if you are...

We ordered beef and pork samgyupsal and specifically requested that the beef be well done. The beef initially arrived undercooked, we sent it back, it was returned accordingly, it came out really yummy.

However, the pork was served very late, we’re already done eating. Thickly sliced, tough and hard to chew — agh! We left, we did not eat it.

To make matters worse, the person in charge of the grill seemed to have an attitude.
