Mad Cafe has a unique design and architecture. I love that every corner is a different area to explore. The place is no doubt very instagrammable.
The downside for me is, the place is too noisy. With only a few diners when we visited, the noise from the people talking coupled by the very loud music was like bouncing and echoing in the four corners of the place. I couldnt imagine the noise on a normal non-quarantine day and the area is filled to capacity. I envisioned this to be like a place where you can read a book or study while sipping your frap or iced drinks. Anyhow, the place really is for the younger generation and not for people in 40s like me, hehe. :) Though my teenage kids doesnt like the noise either.
Food. Ill give it a strong 4. For the milkteas - hands down the best milk I ever tasted!!! I really dont like milktea with cheesecake because those I have tried were too thick and heavy and I feel bloated halfway thru drinking it. Madcafe has the right balance of creamy, milky and sweetness. Its not too light and not too heavy. The pearls were soft but chewy. I actually wish they have a bigger size than large because really it is sooo good!! My family, there were 4 us, we tried every flavor - except for the charcoal, haha. We are still not that adventurous. When we visited we wanted to try the frap because its not available for grab delivery but unfortunately the machine is broken accrdg to their staff. Sad :(
Snacks. Its okay for me. We havnt explored much with their food because choices were a bit limited as well. We did tried the onion rings and the nachos. My husband was a fan of the onion rings. We were disappointed with the nachos because only the top has flavors in it. The nacho itself is a bit hard on the bite and taste really bland. Its not like you can eat it on its own. Its like eating paper if without the toppings. The cheese sauce is too thick. I preferred it to be a little light and spreadable. Because the nacho stack is a bit high, they could have had a cheese sauce and a bit of toppings in the middle.
Staff - thumbs up for the customer service. A perfect 5. They are all very attentive and courteous.
Overall, ill give it a three. I just dont like the ambience of the place because of the noise. But the milkteas are superb. Highly recommended. Hope we can try the fraps as well. Prices are very affordable.
There were fruit stands in the parking as well. So you can grb your favorite fruits on your way :)...
Read moreGreat ambiance as the interior were a bit inspired by Encanto.✨ We had a great experience and let me break it down for you.
Mini Playground - as a parent, we were able to enjoy the food peacefully while our kids were busy playing inside the playroom while we were eating.
Interior Design - very calming and a bit homey vibes, perfect to chill with friends, family, or even alone because they have mini spots for two or one.
Food and Drinks - I love their foods because of the delicious taste and generous servings, their drinks also tastes great and refreshing! I’d love to try other dishes that they offer once we come back.
Staff - Excellent services, they’re very mindful, and helpful as well. We will be travelling from QC to Manila when we visit here so we have big bags and luggage and the staffs assisted us with our belongings. A great help indeed for me and my hubby who has 2 little kids with no other adult companion.🫶🏻
Thank you so much for the delightful and overall great experience Mad Cafe PH - Don Antonio‼️✨💯

Read moreMe and my friends went there today (it wasn’t our first time) to catch up and we were surprised with how things changed. We know the place as a good spot to eat (get milk tea with our food + coffee), let the kids play, catch up… but hell… today’s… i am lost for words. The dining area was packed (which was okay) but we found ourselves shouting just to hear what we’re saying and we’re sitting next to each other. There was a big group dining because of a birthday party (which was okay too) but the open mic ** made me look down on Mad Cafe. It was a cafe and the pa-karaoke made me feel like it’s some neighborhood restobar with the Aegis songs, super loud speakers and poor acoustics. To top it all off, 1 kiddie meal out of 2 and garlic parmesan wings we ordered never arrived even after waiting for I think an hour and following up. The manager was nice and calm, the server was apologetic, but the experience is enough for me to make an effort to bring Google Maps up and...
