Went here for early dinner and a change of scenery from the usual. Below are the thing I ordered (without the prices as I forgot) Food: Beef tapa, Nutella Cinnamon roll, Fettucine Alfredo The beef was too thinly sliced. Maybe for crisp or whatever, but this was not the beef tapa I was looking for. It was too dry for my liking. The cinnamon roll was not freshly baked. It was like days old already. This is one characteristic I find the restaurants I have been to that serve pastries. Their pastries cost so much and yet its not freshly baked. I know that we pay for the ambiance and scenery but common, selling pastries that are nearing expiry is not good for business. The fettucine alfredo was not so different from carbonara. It was like ordering carbonara without the bacon and ham bits. Its like I ordered cream spaghetti coz that was it. I could not even taste the other ingredients on it as the cream was over powering. They could have put some chicken for added flavor. Also, they could do to make the toasted bread bigger. For 200 plus pesos it was like they do not like to put in the toasted bread because of how small it was compared to the serving portion of the pasta.Definitely won't order this again. It was one of those expecation versus reality moment in food. Drinks: hazelnut mocha, spanish latte, raspberry iced tea Of the three drinks I ordered only two of them I would say they got right. Hazelnut and mocha does not mix well. I can't even taste the hazelnut as the mocha flavor washes the hazelnut taste away. It was as if its just mocha latte. The taste got weird because or the hazelnut so definitely not going to order hazelnut with mocha in the near future. The spanish latte was good, it was not too sweet and it was not too creamy. Just the right balance of sweet and creamy. The raspberry iced tea was a nice pallete cleanser with its sweet citrusy taste. Over all experience was good but could be better. I just like that there was live music brought by the serenading band. It was a nice experience but this could be improved as well. Also, please add more tables that has power outlet for those going there aside from hanging out.

This is the worst cafe I’ve ever been to in my life. Terrible experience talaga. First it’s about the cashier there is only Maya and bpi is available for the cashless payment if Gcash there is a 15 pesos charge so funny while most of the people using Gcash they ask u to use maya I never encountered any store that will ask for charge for Gcash payment and come on it’s 15 pesos, I know Gcash will only deduct 1% as transaction fee for business account for individual if u withdraw from GCash I know is 15-25 pesos but u will withdraw one by one? Let’s say there is 20 transactions a day but u will only withdraw one time sabay na diba how come 15 pesos charge. Then I pay cash the cashier asked me whether I have smaller bill and she didn’t has enough change so she will give it to me later daw but until I left she didn’t give it to me if not I went to ask her or I forgot she will just keep it. And I have a PWD discount but the cashier didn’t accept it because she already punched na daw so funny even in SM supermarket they can cancel it and do it again so meaning ur system is more complicated or it’s just u r lazy. The cashier really disappointed me. Then it’s the environment it’s just simple the second floor close to the side the floor is broken I almost fell down if there is a kid there he will fall down from the second floor to the ground floor my god they just use a carpet to cover it they didn’t fix it it’s so dangerous. The food is just soso I don’t recommend this cafe much better go to the ahon cafe on the other site of the road which is way much better

So, we went here last night and here's my review: Atmosphere: It was cozy and great, perfect for hanging out while sipping coffee. It was somewhat crowded, but that’s expected on a weekend. Coffee: It was great. I’ll rate it as 10/10. It tasted like coffee, was strong, and that’s what I like in my coffee. I ordered a Cafe Latte (my go-to drink in every coffee shop). Food: Our group ordered their pasta. It’s expensive for its quality. It doesn’t taste good, lacking in flavor. We liked the nachos though. Service: The serving of our coffee and nachos was pretty fast, but the pastas we ordered? We had already finished the nachos, and the coffee was about to be consumed, but there was still no sign of the pastas. We even had to follow up. And when it finally was served, it was a complete disappointment. Additional Review: It’s about their kitchen. We were about to go and were waiting for our friend who went to the washroom when we caught a glimpse of their kitchen. It was dirty, and there was a pet cat hanging out inside. From a sanitary standpoint, a kitchen should not have any type of animal or pet in it, especially since that’s where the food for your customers is prepared. Are we going back? NO Is it worth the hype? NO

NOT RECOMMENDED!!! We only went to this café because Ahon Coffee was closed. You are better off going to another restaurant or café within the area.

I don't know if we just came at a bad timing or not. There was a downpour so I'm giving the benefit of the doubt. The customer service was not utterly terrible but it was not good. I'm not sure if the gig was part of the staff too but they were really amicable and nice. They sang three songs for my family. The kitchen staff and cashier on the other hand weren't as cordial as the performing gig. No warm welcome or anything. The service was slow. We weren't served any plates, glasses, or utensils and had to request for it. They did not provide us with service water either; we had to ask for those as well. The kitchen and cashier seemed understaffed and unable to properly accommodate the influx of customers.

Food was okay. Overpriced for its quality and portions. The fries cost 250 PHP and can only feed 1 person, 2 at most. It was not home-made and tasted like frozen fries. The pizza was good though, my family and I enjoyed it. The coffee was okay, nothing to rave about. The price for a large coffee is the same as a Venti coffee in Starbucks, albeit Starbucks is a cut above. The carbonara and nachos were fine but easily something you can cook up at home.

MOST IMPORTANTLY, the place is unhygienic! There were a bunch of dogs lounging nearby and they were very smelly. They kept coming up to tables (including ours) hoping to get some scrap. The puppies were literally defecating right in front of the cashier and near the bathroom. The waiters took like 10 minutes to remove the poop from the floor, customers could've accidentally stepped on the dog poop. Only 2 of the 4 bathroom faucets were working; one of the workers were washing a rag used for cleaning equipment/counters in the communal faucet. The bathroom floor was dirty and full of mud and the toilet's flush wasn't functioning. The only source of water in the bathroom itself was a bucket and the other working faucet; no amenities either so you have to bring your own.

I'm really hoping that this is just a one-time kind of instance, but based on the reviews of other customers this is normalcy for this place. The food and customer service can possibly be brushed off as exhaustion from the workers' end but it's a recurring thing so probably not. However, the hygiene in this place is simply unacceptable. It's violating the health regulations for food establishments. I don't think my family will be coming back...
