Commendations to the following in KIMBERLY, NATHAN, JAZZ, MONICO AND VERNZ. I hope they get commendations and recognitions.

So far the service is all good and consistent. I hope they would keep it up.

Plus, I'd like to give the acknowledge and reference to the excellence of the following for what they did an excellent job as good examples other staff members to follow: MONICO, KIMBERLY, JAZZ, NATHAN (my thanks to NATHAN AND VERNZ FOR THEIR IMPRESSIVE ACTION DURING PEAK LUNCH HOUR SERVICE when we arrive.

(The other members' names I'm not able to catch because they were moving too fast) overall, I love the service. Keep up the great work!)

KIMBERLY AND VERNZ was at the cashier station to whom processed our orders. They did well and I appreciate and I approve of their efforts.

NATHAN was efficient and fast working around the area. VERNZ, JAZZ AND KIMBERLY stationed at the CASHIER STATIONED THERE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.

I WANTED TO GIVE OTHER MEMBERS IN THE KITCHEN EXTRA CREDIT, However, we were in such a hurry.

The assistance in the Cashier, the meal we had was quality fantastic when it comes to the service. The meals we had were the Wanton Mami, I originally wanted the Wanton Chao Fan Earlier. However I opted to get the Siomai and beef Chao fan. I want to commend the Chicharap, the Kangkong add on, Soup. Plus two Beef Chao Fan and Fried Siomai.

With that meal, we decided to have Halo-Halo for desserts as well.

I just want to commend all of the staff and managers in this branch, Chowking Marilaque, for their excellent service during our visit. The welcoming atmosphere, good food and great customer service makes our first impression in this store as a possible all time incredible dining experience provider. Although I can sense that most of the crew are new and naive in their job, I have witness the effort and patience they exert on every customer they encounter especially the senior citizens. With regards on their food, I can tell that it is incredibly mouth-watering by its smell and no doubt the taste met my expectations as well. It is an overall A+ for me. All crew and the managers on duty are welcoming and friendly too. Whenever we need assistance they instantly provide our needs with light mood and willingness to help. Our experience at the Chowking Marilaque branch was disappointing, primarily due to the unfriendly demeanor of the staff, particularly the one stationed at the cashier area. We placed our order at around 10:54 PM, consisting of three wanton soups, two siopaos, and one halo-halo. Despite the fact that the restaurant was not busy, with only a few customers present, we were left waiting for 20 minutes. There was no communication from the cashier regarding the expected wait time, which would have been helpful. To make matters worse, 10 minutes after placing our order, a staff member approached us asking for our receipt, only to discover that our order had not even been assembled yet. The lack of coordination among the staff was evident, and the overall service fell far short of our expectations.
