Just giving a heads up to the manager of Jollibee Masinag. This is the first time in all my Jollibee visits that I encountered a staff who didn't seem to have a pleasing personality. Don't you require that in your job listings anymore? This is Jollibee we're talking about. All your staff have to look, act and talk cheerfully at all times and for that to happen, they have to have it in their personality or at least pretend to be that way during their shift. Sadly, your staff Jessa didn't seem pleasant when I made my order during my last visit. She didn't say anything bad but the way she talked around me and the new staff she was training just showed how unpleasant she was. She never smiled and I even had to repeat my SIMPLE order because she wasn't listening the first time. Parang fill in the blanks pa sya magtanong.
"Isang S2 atsaka...?"
Annoyed, I just repeated what I said until she gave me the number for pending orders and just pushed my tray to the side to accomodate the next customer. Wala man lang sinabing, "Iseserve nalang po" o di kaya "Thank you ma'am, see us again." Walang kahit na anong protocol na sasabihin. I just took it as a cue that I needed to sit and wait for my pending order. Para pa syang naiinis pag may hindi naiintindihan yung staff na tinuturuan nya. I can't thoroughly explain how she was. Wala naman syang sinabing di maganda pero hindi sya pleasant kausap. And to think that the restaurant wasn't even that busy at the time. I hope this reaches the manager of Jollibee Masinag so that this issue can be raised. It is hazardous to motorist customers especially at night.
From Marcos H'way, customers riding in cars would see 2 arrows at the entrance:
OUTBOUND and INBOUND
arrows, so to speak.
Sadly, there is an "abrupt curb" or "high sidewalk rim" along the INBOUND arrow, that has no ramp and very hard to see at night.
Many unfortunate customers following the INBOUND arrow have suffered sudden jolts and unpleasantly harsh shock once their cars hit the "abrupt curb".
This is very damaging to the suspension and steering mechanisms of customers' cars, that would be very costly to repair.
The management of JOLLIBEE should place a ramp or some smoothening structure such as a steel plate that is durable enough to withstand the heavy weight of customers' incoming cars, while affording them with safety...
Read morePumila ako sa kiosk para mag order ng food para sa pamilya ko dahil galing kaming simbahan. Sobrang haba ng pila pero okay lang. After mag order another mahabang pila nanaman sa cashier. Yung pila sa kiosk at pila cashier ay inabot na agad ako ng isang oras. Walang priority lane kaya lalong tumatagal yung pila kase yung priority basta basta nalang sisingit sa unahan ng cashier tapos walang magagawa yung tao sa likod kase matanda.
Pagdating ko sa cashier inabot ko yung order number na galing sa kiosk and guess what? Wala daw lamang order yung order number na galing sa kiosk, how is that even possible!? So I asked the cashier her name is Kath, sabi niya "Di ko po alam maam ee, may ganito din po napunta sakin kanina". At dahil gutom na kami ng pamilya ko hindi nako nakipagtalo, inulit ko ulit yung order ko.
Dumating yung food ng pamilya ko pero yung order ko na C8 hindi kasama sa mga order. Pagcheck ko ng resibo wala yung order ko na C8! Can you ever imagine gano ka frustrating sa end ko yun? Nag kiosk ako to personally pick our food tapos nung inulit ko may hindi napunch na order??? Yung pamilya ko kumakain na ako hindi pa kasi hindi pala na punch yung order ko, Inabot kami ng 2 hours para makakain tapos ako hindi nakakain dahil wala yung order ko, kulang din yung sinerve na Large Sprite na drinks, bumababa ako to complaint pero walang available na tao dahil sa dami ng tao lahat ng staff aligaga. May mga take out orders na dine-in sinerve tapos yung staff don petiks habang yung iba naman aligaga lang.
I love Jollibee but this is the worst service that I received sa lahat ng branches ni Jollibee. BPO employee ako and araw araw halos si Jollibee ang kinakainan ko, almusal, lunch or dinner. Dumating din ako sa mga branches na dagsa ang tao pero hindi ganito ka worst!! Inabot ng 2 and half hours ang waiting time namin. 7pm kami dumating sa Jollibee 9pm na kami nakakain.
We will never go back to that branch, or better no more Jollibee. Balak ko pa naman sana na dun sa Marilaque branch mag bbirthday ang anak ko pero kung ganon ang service wag nalang.
