Giligan's — Restaurant in Rizal

We dine in for a Christening reception. The dishes, not as authentic as we expected, except karekare which is perfect. The veggies are rarely cooked, soup are served more likely 50-60 degrees warm. The plastic drinking glass are terrible as to it's not well washed, the smell of the cleaning liquid smell all over it (more likely a toilet cleaner rather than DISH WASHING PASTE). The crew when I asked to wash the glass with water do not even come back to replace with another glass, we felt being ignored. The plates are too small which is inconvenient to eat on with which was served together with the ulam. Not very happy with the service, I guess your needs to be more trained especially cleaning the glass plates and utensils, you can cause stomach trouble or worse food poison with remaining smell of the cleaning material you used.
