Flatwhite Cafe Rosario Batangas — Restaurant in Rosario

We've been seeing Flatwhite whenever we're passing by Rosario. It looked really nice, so we decided to try it a few weeks ago. Place was Instagram worthy but not super impressed with the food and service. We just had some light dinner so I can't say much for the food. We had pasta and they were average. I always order Iced Latte in every cafe, so this was good. Service was kinda slow. I don't know if it's just because there were a lot of customers that night. We were served the pastas but our drinks came much later. We asked for water while waiting for the drinks we ordered, but even that, we had to ask twice. When they still didn't bring neither our ordered drinks nor the water, my husband came up to their counter. They apologized for the delay, but you know... It was disappointing. Maybe the other items on the menu are good and might be worth another visit. Hopefully, the service...
