Jollibee Rosario — Restaurant in Rosario

Honestly, the staff can do better. The vibe was unaccomodating compared to other branches where whenever you come in, you will hear a lot of staff saying "Welcome to Jollibee." We requested a more spacious place to eat because we are a total of 17 travelers but rather than being ushered, the staff just raised her hand gesturing us to sit whenever we want. We asked if we can seat at the 2nd floor because there's a lot of us and also not to disturb other customers eating, one staff said okay but when we asked the ACs to be turned on, the other staff said "Maam/Sir bawal po pla jan. Hndi nlng po nmin ioopen". When we had additional orders no one cared to serve the additional food that we have ordered, rather the staff insisted we wait for our additional orders and take it to our table. When we went tp the cashier for the 3rd time asking for additional service water, we were asked "Dine in po?". For a Jollibee that's near the expressway exit their services here is quite disappointing. First of all, their Drive Thru and Parking space layout was not very well designed. Vehicle Traffic flow gets entangled for those dining in and driving thru.Often times the traffic congeetion inside their vicinity spills out on the public highway. They only have one restroom in the first floor and it's supposedly intended for Senior Citizens/PWD but others also use it so it is expect a very long queue. They use three self-order kiosk but it is not the optimum service unless they provide additional counter or assistance because other people take a long time to do their self-ordering especially the older "non-techy" people. Again, expect a long queue in the ordering kiosk. Twice I mean experienced waiting too long for my order to be served, perhaps because the kiosk wouldn't advise whether my order will take longer to be served and it is unable to inform me if I would be willing to wait. Not sure if it was unusual as it was a Tuesday morning but it took a while for them to prepare & serve our food. Very unusual for a branch catering to drive-through, along a busy highway intersection. Most branches we've been to will often inform customers that a certain menu item will take a certain amount of time to prepare if they're a bit busy or certain ingredients are not ready. However, this branch took the order without question, took them half an hour to serve 1 silog then asked to wait more for the other dish. Upon noticing that other patrons are also waiting tor the same dish, we asked if we can change the order to longsilog, they immediately agreed and served the dish within a couple of minutes.
