We actually had lunch at Kayu which is also owned by The Coffee Library. The receipt issued to us was a receipt with The Coffee Library on it (see receipt photo). Anyway, they are next to each other. We ordered Tonkotsu Ramen and Cucumber Lemon for drinks. The noodles in the Ramen were not really Ramen Noodles but Egg Noodles normally used for Chinese Wonton Noodles. They were very starchy and saggy and tasted awful. We practically tasted the dish and stopped eating it. And that’s not the end of it. We presented our senior citizen card and were given 10% discount instead of the 20% discount allowed by law. However, the receipt shows 20% discount. I wonder if this is a deliberate error. Please see attached receipt copy. You probably should order other items on their menu but definitely not the Ramen and check your receipt when you pay. As for me, that will be my first and last visit there.

We have been to different branches of Coffee Library, yet this has been the best of all. We really felt the consoling aroma of morning beans that drives a pot dripping of coffee which welcomes a rumbling tummy (although we came here at night). The foods and beverages here are astounding, we tasted more than what we ever expected based on the other branches we’ve been to. The service also is as warming as the summer feels of the lighting here. This branch did not disappoint us but it got beyond expectations. We will surely be back in a bit not just once, twice, thrice, but the nth time that this place will fill our tummies again with delicious delicacies.

We ordered dinner at Kayu which is a restaurant beside this cafe. There are more options for coffee here so we got our drinks here. We liked the atmosphere of the cafe and they incorporated native products of the province in their design. I also liked the Caffè latte I ordered which was prepared really well and perfect for the rainy weather. They accept cash and gcash as payment. The waiting time is about 10 minutes for three drinks. The queue is not long when we arrived but there is a group waiting for drinks already. Parking is in front of the cafe and free.
