Best Italian food in Negros hands down! We went for dinner one night while visiting San Carlos. Thought it was closed at first because most of the lights were off and nobody was in the front. Turns out they mostly do takeout or deliveries so that's why. I had the delicious lasagna and my man had some zesty pesto gnocchi. We shared a fresh pizza that was perfectly baked. This is the most authentic Italian place my fiance whose family is Italian has eaten while living here. Obviously the owner and head chef was a warm and friendly Italian from Rome. While vacationing in San Carlos City, tried a few of the local well know pizza places and was disappointed to say the least. But I found Bellavita's on Google maps and to my surprise, probably the best pizza and Italian food I have ever had. No catsup flavored sauces here, just traditional Italian dishes.
