Cafe France — Restaurant in San Fernando

Very Bad service. I dont know if they’re not trained enough for this. The cashier forgets the order and asked us twice and after we thought she gets it right, the orders are incomplete. We asked for hot choco as part of the bfast meal but she said HOT CHOCO is not paid. They gave the change without the receipt. We asked for the receipt but THEY have NOT provided it, how can we validate the orders, they asked for the payment they gave the change but no receipt.

The crews are confused. 😕 i hope the manager is around to MANAGE the crews.

I recently visited Cafe France and was extremely disappointed with my experience. Despite the staff's enthusiastic claim that their coffee was the best seller, the cup I received was far from satisfactory. The coffee was clearly not freshly brewed, I saw the staff scooping the coffee from a container, which explained the lack of freshness. I even took pictures of the container to document this poor practice. For a place that prides itself on its coffee, this was a major letdown. I won't be returning...

Their food is great! I love that the place is cozy and tastefully decorated. It’s a bit small though and they don’t have their own bathroom in their establishment but still, a good place to stop by and eat while on the road.
