KFC — Restaurant in San Fernando

The food was the same as usual. The unavailability of some menu items is understandable given that it was almost midnight when we went. However, the rice was undercooked, but that is fine.

This branch is sadly the worst I've ever seen. Despite the popularity of this fast-food chain, this branch will ruin the image of KFC. They kept people who went in first waiting for a long time. It was frustrating to see multiple groups of people who came in after us being served first.

The atmosphere is overwhelmingly abhorrent. The floors are filthy, tainted with spill stains and littered with a lot of plastic and tissues flying all around. They need to clean the floors at least every few hours; it disgusts people and is a real turn-off.

Sadly the manager is rude and has bad communication skills. Instead of guiding the customer to form a line. He even shouted that there's 2 line even though there's no one on the counter.
